Percy Walmsley’s WW1 Postcard Album – #20

A lot of  WW1 postcards are romantic picture-messages – many of them in sets.

Percy Walmsley collected a number of these.  This is #3 of the set “Just Before the Battle, Mother” – the only one of the set in the collection.

The text is based on a song from the American Civil War.
